Services
Attentive,
personalized service and some extraordinary special touches are
what make The Iroquois New York a truly relaxing experience. Each
day begins with a breakfast of fresh juices, fruits, croissants,
bagels, muffins and pastries. To relax and refresh, there's a
fitness center and Finnish sauna, and two pleasant lounges just
perfect for a quiet read or lively conversation over cocktails
and hors d'oeuvres.
The
James Dean Lounge is beautifully decorated with love seats, easy
chairs and a decorative fireplace. Our chef Steven Zobel presents
our Global French cuisine nightly in our newly opened restaurant,
"Triomphe."
The
Library is a cozy wood-paneled study stocked with leather-bound
classics and current works, an eclectic selection that ranges
from the Encyclopedia Britannica to the collected works of Dickens,
Chekhov, Mark Twain and John Steinbeck. Books to enjoy here with
afternoon tea or cocktails, or to take upstairs for bedtime reading.
If
you can say there is a center to the activity that makes New York
one of the world's most exciting cities, The Iroquois is located
at its core. Just a few of the attractions within a 15 minute
walk are 5th Avenue shopping, the Empire State Building, Times
Square, and all the theaters of Broadway.
